Mia Brøndum Øelund
Marketing, Global Hotel & Venue Finder
Mia is the strategic and creative force behind our brand presence.
With a Master’s degree in International Business & Marketing and experience working across Denmark, the UK, Germany, Spain, and beyond, she brings a truly international perspective to everything we do.
As Marketing Specialist, Mia is responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy – from brand positioning and campaigns to social media, partnerships, and digital growth. She combines data-driven decision-making with strong storytelling to ensure our brand stands out while staying authentic and community-focused.
With a background spanning fitness, lifestyle, hospitality, and international markets, Mia thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity. Her passion lies in building brands that people don’t just notice – but connect with.

Malthe Andresen, Student Assistant
Malthe Andresen is studying Entrepreneurship at Niels Brock and works as a Student Assistant at Attach Agency.
At Attach Agency, Malthe supports the team across a variety of tasks within research, administration, project coordination and hospitality-related projects. He assists with gathering information, preparing materials, coordinating details and supporting the team in the daily work with hotels, destinations and client projects.
His role also includes supporting the agency’s hotel sourcing and research, helping to identify relevant properties and experiences based on specific client requirements, as well as contributing to the preparation and development of proposals.
Through his position, Malthe is involved in the practical side of Attach Agency’s work and contributes to the team across ongoing projects.

Emilie Lindvig, Intern
Emilie is passionate about the events and MICE industry, with a particular interest in venues, hotels and destination research. At Attach Agency, she supports the team in researching and identifying the right settings, concepts and experiences for each client.
Naturally curious and detail-oriented, Emilie enjoys diving into research and discovering new destinations, beautiful hotels and unique venues. She is particularly interested in the small details that can turn a good event into a memorable experience.
Her role combines creativity and structure, from exploring initial ideas and potential venues to contributing to the development of complete experiences tailored to each client. She works closely with the team across different projects and is involved throughout the process, from the initial research to the final concept.
